Privacy notice
Effective October 27, 2026
This notice explains how Common Interest handles information from visitors to commoninterest.studio and people who contact us.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the contact details, brand information and business context you provide, including your name, email, website, category, role, revenue range, sales channels and wholesale priorities. We also receive information you send in later correspondence.
When you arrive from a tagged campaign link, we keep its campaign, category and ad labels in this browser tab for the session and include them with your inquiry. This helps us understand which outreach brought you here. We do not store your form answers in that session storage.
Our hosting service may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs. The consultation form uses your IP address to help limit spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare for and respond to your inquiry, discuss and provide our services, manage business relationships, and operate and protect the website.
Who processes it
We use Vercel to host the website and Resend to deliver and receive email, including consultation requests. These providers process information as part of providing those services. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. This notice covers our website and inquiries; other websites have their own privacy practices.
Site usage analytics
For eligible U.S. visits, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, device type, browser, operating system, scroll milestones, sections viewed, consultation form opens, first-step completion and accepted submissions. We distinguish web, Instagram and Facebook browser contexts where the browser identifies them. These are aggregate analytics, not recordings of your screen or keystrokes. We do not send form answers to analytics, and remove query strings and fragments from analytics page URLs. Vercel uses a temporary visitor identifier without analytics cookies. Reports are viewable for 12 months on our current plan. Browser blockers and privacy choices can make these counts incomplete.
Successful inquiries are also stored in our email inbox with their campaign labels, submission time and inferred device/browser context. This lets us follow up even if analytics is blocked. No advertising or analytics event proves that a lead is qualified.
Advertising measurement and your choice
For eligible U.S. visits, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and consultation requests accepted by our form. Meta may receive the page URL, event time, IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers. The consultation event includes a random request ID to prevent duplicate counting. We do not send your name, email, revenue range, growth challenge or other form answers to the Pixel, and we do not enable advanced matching or server-side Conversions API.
Meta may use this information to measure and personalize advertising under its Privacy Policy. Measurement stays off when the visitor’s country is unknown or outside the U.S., when browser storage cannot be accessed, or when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
This preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. It does not erase information already sent to Meta. The privacy page itself does not load the Pixel. Browser controls may also block or clear Meta cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry information and correspondence as needed to respond, manage our relationship and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry and any ongoing engagement.
Your questions and requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email cole@commoninterest.studio. We may need to verify your identity, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements may affect a request.
If we update this notice, we’ll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
